Guided Northern Lights Hunt.

Experience the beauty and wonder of the Northern Lights season in Northern Norway! From September to April, as darkness slowly descends on the region, the Northern Lights grace the sky with their presence. Although difficult to predict in advance due to weather and solar activity, our bookings can be adjusted to ensure the best opportunity to see this breathtaking display.

Located on Norway’s biggest and third-biggest island, Vesterålen is a hidden gem that is perfect for travelers seeking a unique and authentic experience. During the winter season, the light conditions in Northern Norway are stunning and provide an ideal opportunity for photography.

Not only will you have the chance to witness the awe-inspiring Northern Lights, but wildlife is abundant in the region as well. Keep an eye out for moose, foxes, deer, and reindeer along the road.

Unlike Lofoten, Vesterålen is far less touristy, providing a more intimate experience and a greater opportunity to connect with nature. Depending on the Northern Lights conditions, you may even have the chance to go on a wildlife safari during your trip.

Our weather often changes from day to day, so the most accurate forecast can only be made 24 hours in advance. However, we will ensure your booking is adjusted to provide the best opportunity to see the Northern Lights during your stay. Don’t miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime experience!
