Thank you for shopping at Arctic North Adventures. We partner with Printful to fulfill all physical product orders. Please note that all returns and refunds for products are handled directly by Printful according to their policies.

1. Printful’s Return & Refund Process

Printful manages the quality and shipping of products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or if you want to request a return or refund, you must contact Printful’s support team within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. Customized Products

Please note that customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged, as per Printful’s policy.
