Generally:

Arctic North Adventures offers tours for giving you a special experience with personal guiding through the entire trip. The Tours are on daily basis from day to day under 24 hours duration.

Disclaimer:

It is hard to predict the weather conditions or the sun activity, therefor are the several conditions needed to see the Northern Lights.

We try our best to provide the best experience and best possibilities to see the Northern Lights according to the location and local surroundings. The weather up here north in the Arctic Polar circle is very unpredictable in most cases the weather can change daily.All trips during the winter season offer a good possibility to see the Northern Lights but It can’t be guaranteed. 

If the planned Travel itinerary is not working as planned there are plenty of other activities and scenic photo safaris which can take place, even during bad weather conditions provides a special moody stormy footage along the coast here.

Booking:

The tours can be booked through my online store or you can sent an inquiry directly to me through the contact form. Payments can be payed with Pay Pal or with credit cards either online or on meetup at the Car.

Deposits for Weekly Tours:

The non refundable deposit of 20 % has to be payed upon booking.

Fulfilling your Booking for weekly Tours:

The trip has to be payed 35 days before planned departure time.

Cancellation or changing your Booking:

All cancellations have to be made on request.

Our package tours can be changed or canceled up to 42 days before departure without a fee.

If the customer cancels after the deadline has expired, these rules shall apply:

Cancellation between the deadline for cancellation without a fee  (as a general rule 42 days before the day of departure starts) and until there are 15 days left until the day of departure starts: Refund of the amount paid minus the amount of the deposit

Cancellation after less than 15 days until the day of departure starts or failure to show up at departure: No refund.

Complaint

The traveler is obliged to give notice without undue delay if she/he discovers a deficiency during the journey.

Where a deficiency occurs during travel, the customer must notify the organizer/supplier of deficiencies in the implementation of the travel services without undue delay. Where the deficiency is apparent when the travel service is delivered, the supplier must be contacted on the spot

The organiser/supplier’s right to cancel in extraordinary circumstances “Force Majeure”

The organizer can cancel a package tour without liability, if the trip cannot be completed due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances and the traveler is notified of the cancellation without undue delay. Such obstacles may, depending on the circumstances, be war or acts of war, natural disasters, dangerous infectious diseases, extraordinary weather conditions or other events which must be equated with those mentioned above. Norwegian and local authorities’ statements must be emphasized in this assessment.

If an ordered travel product has to be cancelled/cancelled due to such circumstances, the customer is entitled to a refund of all amounts paid.

Customer’s obligations:

The customer is obliged to familiarize himself with these conditions and the conditions that ANA and/or our suppliers have published on website or in other ways.

Information:

When ordering, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the information the customer provides about himself and any travel companions is accurate. 

The customer must comply with the instructions given regarding arrival time, place of arrival etc. during the journey, and show up well in advance of the set departure time.

Documents:

The customer must bring a valid passport, any visas/health certificates, tickets, reference numbers and other documents that may be necessary for the journey. The customer is obliged to provide such documents as may be necessary for the individual journey. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that he/she agrees with requirements such as passport, visa, currency, vaccination and health required to use the purchased travel product. Arctic North Adventures sells package tours in Norway and the current entry regulations for Norway that will apply to the entry of foreign citizens to Norway.

Insurance:

It is the customer’s responsibility to take out relevant travel insurance for the trip in question. Fjord Tours does not offer cancellation insurance and recommends everyone take out private travel insurance for the trip which also covers cancellations.
